Fall is just around the corner and I’m not gonna lie…I’m pumped. Summer is great, but there is nothing I love more than camp fires, cider, comfy fall clothes, crisp temperatures and lots of family snuggles. And even though it’s technically still summer, I’m counting this session as my very first fall family session of the year. It was filled with golden delicious apples and golden hour light. The minute we arrived, you could smell cinnamon and apples in the air. Everything about this session says autumn to me.
These photos are of my friend Sarah and her super cute family. Sarah is an aspiring photographer getting ready to launch her own business soon (keep an eye out for Burlap & Pearls Photography!). She took our family photos this summer and did a fantastic job. We’ve actually only known each other a year, but it is crazy how much we have in common. Both vegetarian, in love with all things vintage and all things photography, both of our dad’s are named Bob, we’re both celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversaries this October, and the list goes on. I’m so glad I met you Sarah and it’s been fun discovering all of the things we share in common! Thanks for asking me to take your family photos and headshots! This was such a fun photo shoot!
